1. Introduction
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for using EnergyCasino (“the Casino”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

4. Opening an Account
4.1 Only one account per person, household, IP address or device is permitted.
4.2 During registration, you must provide true, complete and current information, including your name, address, date of birth, email and payment details.
4.3 You are responsible for keeping your username and password secure and confidential.

5. Account Maintenance
5.1 You are fully responsible for all actions carried out through your Account.

5.4 We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or close Accounts at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, collusion or breach of these Terms.

6. Deposits
6.1 Deposits must be made using payment instruments registered in your own name.
6.2 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply; refer to the Banking page for details.
6.3 We do not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may.
6.4 We are not a financial institution and do not grant credit.
6.5 Funds must be used for wagering; suspicious or irregular deposit activity may result in account suspension.
7. Withdrawals
7.1 Wherever possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits.
7.2 Withdrawal limits (minimum and maximum) apply; see the Banking page for specifics.
7.3 All withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks, and we may request identification documents before processing.
7.4 We endeavour to process withdrawals promptly but accept no liability for delays caused by external payment providers.
7.5 To withdraw your full balance and close your Account, please contact Customer Support.
8. Inactive and Dormant Accounts
8.1 An Account with no login activity for six consecutive months is classified as inactive.
8.2 Inactive Accounts may incur a monthly administrative fee deducted from the remaining balance.
8.3 You will be notified before any such fee is applied.
8.4 Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after a period of inactivity.
8.5 If your Account is dormant, you can reactivate it by contacting support.
9. Responsible Gaming
9.1 We promote responsible play and provide tools such as deposit, loss and session limits, as well as self-exclusion.

10. Forbidden Conduct
10.1 You must not engage in fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity, including but not limited to:
- Money laundering
- Using bots or automated software
- Cheating or manipulating games
- Opening multiple accounts
- Employing VPNs or proxies to bypass regional restrictions
10.2 We may suspend or close Accounts and withhold funds where misconduct is suspected.
10.3 Sharing your Account or allowing someone else to play on your behalf is strictly prohibited.
11. Bonuses & Promotions
11.1 All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published on the Promotions page.
11.2 Bonus abuse – including operating multiple Accounts or colluding with other players – is prohibited.
11.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reclaim bonuses if abuse or technical manipulation is suspected.
11.4 Free spins, bonus funds and other promotions may carry expiry dates and game restrictions.
12. Game Integrity
12.1 All Games are supplied by certified providers and run on random number generators to ensure fairness.
12.2 We may void wagers or winnings arising from technical errors, malfunctions or breaches of these Terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 We accept no liability for losses or damages resulting from the use of our services, including technical failures, delays, interruptions or errors.
13.2 You play entirely at your own risk. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of your most recent deposit.
